Terms of Service

The service. HushTalk provides voice-to-text, translation and writing-style software for teams. You are responsible for how your team uses the messages it produces and for following the rules of every platform you use it on.

Accounts. The account owner is responsible for all activity of the team members they invite. Keep your login details secure.

Billing. Plans are Solo at $37 per month, or Team at $77 per month plus $15 per month for each additional member, billed in advance through Stripe. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial; a card is required, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Seat changes are prorated. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use. You may not use the service for illegal content, content involving minors, harassment, fraud or spam. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

No warranty. The service is provided “as is”. Speech recognition and translation can make mistakes, so review important messages.
